Adventurer & charity Home - Adventurer & Charity

Giving something back and raising money for charity is part of my values and passion.  Through the years, I have experienced the most amazing adventures and challenges, whilst raising thousands for many wonderful charities.   I started with my Gold Duke of Edinburgh at School, following with Raleigh International in Belize and then Rag Chairman at the university.  When I founded Energised Performance in 2004, we have had many group charity events as well as big personal challenges for myself.   Most recently I have run the Sierra Leone Marathon (Street Child) & Bristol to Bath Marathon (Encephalitis Society), completed the UK Ironman (SANDS UK) and trekked across the Andes on horseback (Princes Trust).  I feel truly privileged to have experienced so many different events, and look forward to raising more each year.

I also sponsor two children through Plan UK, Cleeford in Haiti, born in Dec 2010 and Princess in Ghana, born in Feb 2009.

If you have a charity challenge and would like physical and/or confidence mindset training, send me an email, I would be happy to help.   If you have a challenge you would like me to take part in, please let me know, I'm open to all suggestions
