Charitable Work

Kim and her clients have raised over £30,000 for charity since 2004
She has trained numerous people to complete crazy challenges empowering them to become fitter, stretch their boundaries and raise money for charity. Clients have completed and whole range of events around the World from racing to the North Pole, climbing up Kilimanjaro and more close to home, competing in numerous Cancer Research 5-10km runs. Personally Kim has trekked across the Andes on a horse from Argentina to Chile, completed the Ironman UK (2.4mile swim, 120 mile bike and 26 mile run in a day) plus the Tough Guy to name a few events! She can train you and your team, both mentally and physically to complete any extreme charity challenge, or local event. Kim and Energised sponsor two children through the Plan scheme, one in Haiti and one in Ghana as well as donating money each month to a variety of charities from her work.

A charity which helps children and families in the Old City of Jerusalem, set up by family of Kim Ingleby, Energised Performance. A wonderful, inspiring group of people. Well worth a visit if you are out there.
